- What is a token?
- One minute of video you upload. A 12-minute recording uses 12 tokens whether you have it cut into short clips or edited into one finished video, and you choose how many clips come out of it, up to your plan's limit per video. A blog article uses 2 tokens; its thumbnail is free. Social posts are counted on their own for now.
- What counts as an edited video?
- One finished long-form video, 30 seconds to 3 minutes, made from one upload and one brief: the recording is watched, the best parts chosen, and the result rendered with a hook, titles, transitions and your end card. It uses one token per minute of the recording, the same as clips, and having it edited again to a new brief uses them again.
- What happens when I run out?
- Nothing breaks. You keep everything you have made and the tokens reset at the start of the month. If you need more before then, move up a plan, or on Pro add another pack of 300 tokens, and the new allowance applies straight away.
- What if it isn't for me?
- Email support@onecutcontent.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. No form to fill in and no reason required. It is in the terms as well, not only here.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your own dashboard, without emailing anybody. You keep the rest of the month you paid for, and every clip, post and article you have already made stays yours.
- Do unused clips roll over?
- No. Each month starts fresh, which is why the plans are sized around what an agent actually posts rather than what sounds generous.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month to month, or yearly at half price on Pro. No setup fee and no minimum term.
- What if I would rather not do it myself?
- Kirby Chan Digital runs the whole thing for some agents: you send the footage, we deliver everything ready to publish. Ask on the home page and we come back with a price.
