Deleting your data

Last updated 2 November 2026

Everything you put into OneCut Content can be removed by you, and we finish the job on request.

Disconnect a social account

On your dashboard, open Social posts and press Disconnect beside the account. The access token that platform gave us is deleted at once and nothing further is published there. Posts already published stay on the platform, where you can delete them as you would any other post.

Delete what you made

Every recording, clip, edited video, article, post and photo has a Delete button. Deleting removes the file from our storage; it is not kept in a bin.

Close your account

Email support@onecutcontent.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it. Within 30 days we delete your files, content, connected-account tokens and account details, keeping only the payment records tax law requires us to keep. We confirm by email when it is done.

If you signed in through a platform

If you reached us through Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or X and want the data that connection created removed, the same email is all it takes. Quote the platform and the account name and we remove the connection and everything it held, and tell you when it is done.
